Cross and line wires being resistance welded together.

We can special design the machine according to your wire diameter, mesh hole size and mesh width .

5. The mesh roll length can be set by counter switch on the control panel.
6. The welding transformers have 8 degrees and can be adjusted for different wire diameters.
7. The welding time and welding current can be adjusted on the control panel .
8. Separate control technology, the welding transformers work separately to reduce the capacity requirement of power supply, reduce the impact current.

A: One is enough.

A: One 20 feet container is just enough.
Q: Is the mesh size adjustable?
A: The wire diameter, mesh width, mesh length can be adjusted on the machine. The mesh opening size can be multiple. Like 1”, 2”, 3”, 4” or 25mm, 50mm, 75mm, 100mm.
Q: Can I adjust the welding degree?
A: Yes, you can adjust the welding current and welding time.
Q: What’s your payment terms?
A: 30% T/T in advance, 70% T/T before shipment, or L/C, or cash etc. It is negotiable.
Q: What’s the production capacity of this machine?
A: Eg, If cross wire space is 1″, welding speed is 100 times/min, one hour can produce about 152m(25.4*100*60) length mesh.
